  • Reside in Spain: you will not be able to open a bank account in Spain if you live abroad. In addition, you will need to prove that you are living in Spain.
  • To be over 18 years old: Only those of legal age may open bank accounts in Spain. If you are under 18 years of age, you will need the authorization of your parents or legal guardians
  • DNI, NIE or valid passport: You need to identify yourself with a valid identity document. The 3 methods that are accepted are DNI, NIE or passport.
