Capital One Quiksilver credit card has no annual maintenance fees and it’s free to apply.
There are two penalties that have commissions so you should try to avoid them:
- Late payment: up to $40
- Return payment: up to $40
Interest rate
If you pay all the purchases made at the end of the month you will not have to pay commissions but if you defer payments you will have an interest rate between 19.74% to 29.74% APR. Remember that it is very important to pay on time so as not to pay more fees.
