Chase Freedom Unlimited

Chase Freedom Unlimited has no annual maintenance fees and applying for credit cards is free. He has a welcome bonus of $200. To get this bonus you have to spend $500 in purchases in the first 3 months. The first year offers 5% cashback on grocery items with a spending limit of $12,000. This means that the first year you can get up to $600 cashback and added to the $200 bonus, you can get up to $800 the first year.

The 5% cashback is not valid at supermarkets like Walmart or Target that have their own points card. You have unlimited 3% cashback on dining at restaurants and drugstore purchases. You also get 5% on travel purchased through Chase Ultimate Rewards and unlimited 1.5% on all purchases.

It’s a Visa credit card. The interest rate for deferring payments varies in a range of 19.49%–28.24%. The first 15 months the interest rate is 0%.

Chase Freedom Flex

Chase Freedom Flex has no annual commissions and the welcome bonus is exactly the same than Chase Freedom Unlimited. The difference is that the Chase Freedom Flex offers 5% cashback every quarter up to $1500 in grocery stores and Gas Station, but the unlimited cashback is lower because it is 1%. Chase Freedom Flex is a Mastercard credit card. Chase Freedom Flex and Chase Freedom Unlimited are supported, you can have both credit cards.

Chase Sapphire Preferred

Chase Sapphire Preferred is a credit card for all those who travel and want discounts on travel points. You have a welcome bonus of 60,000 points as long as you spend $4,000 in the first 3 months. This means you can earn $750 toward travel when redeemed through Chase Ultimate Rewards. Nothing is free in this life since this credit card has an annual maintenance cost of $95.

Earn 5 points on travel purchased through Chase Ultimate Rewards, 2 points on other travel purchases 3 points on dining, including eligible delivery services, takeout and dining out, 3 points on online grocery purchases (excluding Target, Walmart and wholesale clubs), 3 points on select streaming services and 1 point per dollar spent on all other purchases. To give you an idea, each point is like a 1% discount. The interest rate for deferring payments varies in a range of 20.49%–27.49% and it’s a visa credit card.

With this credit card you will pay no foreign transaction fees when you use your card for purchases made outside the United States.

Chase Freedom Student

The Chase Freedom Student credit card is a student-only credit card. It has a welcome bonus of $50 whenever you make the first purchase in the first 3 months. It has no annual maintenance fees and offers 1% cashback on all purchases. It is a visa credit card. Deferring payments has an interest rate of 19.49% variable. It is a credit card designed to build credit.
